WithMe, Inc. is looking for a driven and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage our Chicago warehouse and ensure the smooth handling of inventory and distribution. What You'll Do

• Lead Daily Operations: Plan, coordinate, and oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Optimize Efficiency: Implement strategies to maximize warehouse space utilization and streamline inventory management.
• Manage Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory control processes, prevent discrepancies, and maintain detailed records.
• Supervise & Develop Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, setting clear performance expectations and fostering growth.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate on Strategy: Work with the management team to develop and execute long-term operational strategies.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
