The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for client communication, offering real-time assistance in a highly professional manner.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Reconcile invoices and reports while identifying any discrepancies
- Handle incoming emails for client payment support on multiple channels
- Create and update spreadsheets for various financial activities within the organization
- Maintain and evaluate accurate digital and physical financial records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable for the organization
- Perform data processing within internal systems and softwares
Qualifications and Skills
- Great customer service and problem-solving skills
- 1-3 years experience in accounting highly preferred
- Experience creating, editing, and using Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and analytical
- Ability to project manage and prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Thrives in a team environment – handles feedback well

Pay: $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
