As a Site Manager you will:
- Act as the primary liaison for customer relations, employee matters, and operational planning.
- Lead daily meetings to promote open communication and collaboration between internal teams and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and exceed customer service expectations.
- Manage workforce planning and drive responsible labor costs to ensure efficient team structure.
- Analyze operational KPIs to optimize maintenance activities and ensure system reliability.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal system performance through preventive maintenance and spare parts management.
- Drive operational excellence through process reviews, real-time feedback, and innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor future leaders, promote open communication, and uphold company values.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; relevant post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in a supervisory role; seven (7) years preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial sectors required.
- Continuous walking, climbing, and standing.
- Occasional domestic and/or international travel may be required.
- Flexibility to work any shift and be on-call as needed.
- Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA safety guidelines and project planning.
