As we continue to expand, we are searching for a talented Senior Accountant to join our team and contribute to our success. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team at Wize Solutions. You will be responsible for detailed pre-project planning, including scheduling and coordination with customers and operations teams. You will also help with managing job setup logistics such as equipment ordering, consumables, and accommodations. During projects, your responsibilities will include daily updates to stakeholders, equipment management, and handling field submissions, with post-project tasks focusing on equipment call-offs and customer service communications.

What You'll Own:
Payroll Administration:
- Process and manage the company’s payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and employee data, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage and integrate time clock software with the payroll system.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
- Address and resolve employee queries regarding payroll.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries.
- Perform account balance and payroll reconciliations with the finance and accounting departments as needed.
- Process and prepare state and federal payroll tax payments and garnishments.
Accounting Support:
- Assist the accounting department with general ledger reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Participate in audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed.
- Perform various accounting duties as assigned
Experience You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Experience with accounting software and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
