At that time, John devoted himself to building more than just a heating and air conditioning company.

Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts departments throughout the day
- Ensure the company truck is consistently clean both inside and out
- Keep the truck inventory updated and well-organized at all times
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner
- Present yourself in a clean and professional manner while representing the company positively
- Uphold a clean driving record and adhere to safe driving practices
- Participate actively in training programs to enhance your professional growth
- Obtain and maintain required certifications with support from the company
Job Qualifications for HVAC Service Technician in Vacaville, CA, US
- Experience of 5 years in performing residential HVAC installs is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and late shifts as required
- Commitment to undergoing additional training to enhance skills continuously
- Desire to progress within the company
- Demonstrate a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in effective communication
- High School Diploma is required, a relevant degree is advantageous
