Production Line Support – you’ll be leading all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.- Direction and Servant Leadership – lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators.
- Culture Ownership – people safety is our top priority here, you’re responsible for owning the department culture that includes safety, quality, and the overall organization.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes
- High School Diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- BS/BA and significant related experience preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP
- Experience in/awareness of food safety
- Technical and Operations experience in process, bulk material delivery, and packaging
- Experience in the Food Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods Industry
Salary : $66,600 - $84,300
