As a small company, projects will have a wide breadth and have impact on many aspects of the business. Applicant must have strong communication skills and be comfortable interfacing with external (customers and suppliers) and internal parties (engineers, operators and management). It is a great opportunity to be directly involved with the purchasing processes, while developing experiential skill sets and providing direct value to the company.

Requirements

  

· Compile and submit Requests for Quotes to outside labor vendors

· Enter pricing information into Epicor/Vantage manufacturing software

· Create purchase orders for outside processers

· Assist with the purchase order reconciliation of vendor invoices

· Expedite incoming and outgoing materials with outside vendors

· Follow up with outside vendors to insure timely receipts

· Analyze options to reduce cost and source new vendors

· Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors

· Communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties

· Follow all company safety and operations policies


  

Preferred Qualifications:

· Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Promptly responds and communicates (via telephone) with vendors

· Team player

· Attention to detail

· Motivation to learn and develop with WLS
