Walker Methodist Levande is recruiting for a Dining Room Supervisor to manage all front-of-house details to include providing a high-quality, positive dining experience for all residents and guests as well as hiring, training and scheduling Waitstaff and Dishwashers.

Schedule:

  • Full-time 11:30am-7:30pm
  • Opportunities for day shifts
  • Every other weekend 

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in successfully hiring, training and coaching employees to perform at their best preferred
  • 2 years of experience in managing in a restaurant-style dining experience preferred.
  • POS system experience preferred.
  • Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to model Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
