What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at WMBuilders?
We are searching for a stellar Housekeeper for our luxury properties in Vista, Ca. The Housekeeper will perform any combination of cleaning duties, such as common areas, the exterior, and make-ready units in a clean and orderly manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Housekeeper:
- Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily
- Clean and maintain models and/or target units on a daily basis
- Clean grounds, corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators and lounges
- Clean the office, clubroom, restrooms and other common areas on a daily basis
- Clean vacant apartments
- Inform management of supply needs on a weekly basis
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Perform other duties as may be required
Education and Experience Required of a Housekeeper:
- High school diploma or GED a plus
- Ability to speak English a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations
- Lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Valid driver's license
- Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
