Join Beta Benefits, a premier private Medicare Health Plans FMO with over thirty years of experience in Southern California. We seek a talented Medicare Health Plans and Small Group Sales Specialist to bolster our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians, medical groups, and health plan representatives to promote Medicare Health Plans and Small Group sales.
- Participate in community senior health fair events to educate and enroll Medicare-eligible individuals in appropriate plans, whether Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplemental.
- Coordinate with Group General Agency representatives to facilitate the enrollment of small employee groups into group plans.
Position Details:
- Full-time salaried position with commissions, benefits, and expenses covered.
- Territory focuses on Orange County, with targeted marketing areas in Fullerton, Mission Viejo, Irvine, and San Clemente.
- Work from our offices in Fullerton and Newport Beach.
Requirements:
- California health insurance license.
- AHIP and Medicare Health Plans 2024 certification.
- Proven sales success in marketing Medicare health plans.
- Knowledgeable about marketing small group health plans.
