** THIS IS A TEMPORARY SUMMER CAMP POSITION**
** MAY 31ST 2023 THROUGH JULY 29TH 2023**

SUMMARY: This position involves working in the Snac Shac, office, program aide, and general assistance throughout the camp.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other similar and related duties may be assigned.
- Work in the snac shac when assigned.
- Assist with snac shac cleaning each day. Trash removed and floor swept.
- Assist with cleaning snac shac at the end of each camp.
- Keep Snac Shac eating area clean and trash emptied.
- Assist with Registration as assigned
- Assist with office work and programming as requested.
- Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Take care of assigned children when needed.
- Participate in the total camp program when appropriate and as long as primary duties are not neglected.
- Participate in all staff meetings and devotions.
- Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the position.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. They will assist in creating a Christian atmosphere and support the infusion of Christian Outreach through the programming. Preferred 6 months related experience in a personal relationship with Christ and working with youth. This individual must be of good character, mature and able to uphold the Christian standards and ministries of The Salvation Army in all areas of job responsibilities.
