KeyResponsibilities :
- Operate a Class A CDL tractor trailer for longhaul trucking routes through multiple states and a variety ofclimates.
- Maintain DOT regulations andstandards for driver safety.
- Accurately log andtrack all driving hours using electronic logging devices(ELD).
- Ensure timely delivery andpickups.
- Perform pretrip and posttripinspections of the truck.
- Maintain effectivecommunication with dispatch and supportteams.
Qualifications :
Be 21 years of age or older.
Hold avalid and current Class A CDL.
Minimum 9 months of verifiable OTR experience.
No DWIs in the past 7 years.
No morethan 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
Ability to pass a preemployment DOT physical and drug screening.
No preventable DOT reportable accidents in thepast 3 years.
AutomaticDisqualifiers :
Positive orrefused drug or alcohol test for DOTregulated positions.
Work Schedule :
11 days out on the road with 3 days home forreset.
