Job Description : Are you askilled Class A CDL truck driver seeking a stable regional routewith consistent home time Join our team as a Midwest Regional RouteTruck Driver.
Youll be on the road for 8 days followed by a 34hourreset at home providing a great balance between work and familylife.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Safely operate a tractortrailer to transportgoods within the Midwest region including states such as IllinoisIndiana Iowa Kansas Michigan Minnesota Missouri Nebraska NorthDakota Ohio South Dakota and Wisconsin.
- Complywith all federal and state laws regulations and companypolicies.
- Conduct thorough pretrip and posttripinspections to ensure vehicle safety andcompliance.
- Effectively communicate withdispatchers customers and team members to ensure timely delivery offreight.
- Maintain accurate logs and records ofcargo routes and driving hours using electronic logging devices(ELDs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service byensuring freight is delivered on time and in excellentcondition.
- Efficiently manage time to meetdelivery schedules and minimize downtime.
Requirements :
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Clean driving record with no majorviolations in the past three years.
- Ability topass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Strongwork ethic reliability andprofessionalism.
- Knowledge of DOT regulationsand compliance.
