Role and Responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for finance transformation for WNS finance & accounting clients by engaging with diverse business stakeholders to co-create and drive the transformation, deliver business value. The role holder provides innovative solutions to complex business problems.
· Lead and manage complex transformation engagements for our Finance & Accounting clients. Understand, interpret customer business needs, create and drive transformation roadmap. Lead Design Thinking, System Thinking workshops to identify the business needs and draw customized solution roadmap
· Help client organizations realize business objectives by driving process improvements, end to end transformations with TOM, technology and domain levers.
· Improve VOC scores about for transformation for a portfolio of clients and for that identify the actionable and drive the execution
· Meet the contractual cost reduction targets agreed with clients
· Assess as-is process maturity, benchmark processes, re-design, and re-engineer processes to improve process and consequently business outcomes
· Define a clear project plan outlining phases, resource requirements, and timelines of the transformation projects. Work collaboratively with cross functional teams during the entire life cycle of the transformation projects
· Lead Consulting assignments on TOM, Finance transformation, process re-design, cross, up selling opportunities
· Establish and run governance with internal and external stakeholders, drive change management to deliver solutions and resolving issues
· Build transformation capability with F&A practices, case studies, white papers
Skills required:
· Excellence problem solving skill and business acumen, analytical capabilities and result orientation
· Experience in emerging technologies like AI, ML, advanced analytics, Cloud computing, conversational channels etc.
· Candidate should have strong Finance and Accounting transformation experience and knows best practices in Finance & Accounting. The role serves as subject matter expert in finance transformation
· Excellence project management skills. Ability to interact with senior business leaders and manage conflicts
