Starting pay: $11.00-$14.00

JOB SUMMARY:

In this position the employee will be seeing to the upkeep and maintenance of all slot machines as required. The job will require moving of slot machines, converting slot machines and helping out slot technicians when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with managers, co-workers and the general public.

* Conversion of all types of slot machines to new themes along with a correctly filling out required paperwork.

* Able to set up or transfer progressive liability on all types of slot machines.

* Able to set up all machine settings properly.

* Set up of new machines along with a correctly filling out required paperwork.

* Able to trouble shoot and fix any issues on all types of slot machines.

* Moving of slot machines to other areas of the casino and/or storage area.

* Payout of jackpots, cancel out credit payout, fills, TITO paper fills, as well as TITO paper jams, bill validator jams, and clearing any coin in jams.

* Recalling of meters on machines as well as last bill meters and recalling of last games.

* Filling out the machine access log and progressive access log as well as progressive log.

* Provide exceptional customer service to all out guests.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Must have a minimum of 1 year of casino slot operations.

* Must possess mechanical aptitude and abilities through knowledge and understanding of all gaming devices and the Internal Compliance Minimum Procedures (I.C.M.P.) requirements.

* Must have a pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoy working with and assisting people.

* Basic knowledge of casino functions and gaming machines.

* Must understand the proper procedure for a black out occurrence.

Education and/or Experience:

* High school or equivalent.

Language Skills:

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as PAR sheet, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills:

* Basic math such as additions, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Reasoning Ability:

* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with customer complaints. Must possess great listening skills.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:

* Must be able to obtain a valid State of Colorado Gaming License and TIPS Card

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
