We are a dynamic, customer-focused company specializing in innovative gifting solutions. We are currently looking for a Product Manager to spearhead the management and growth of our eCommerce product, PerfectGift.com

The Company:

Wolfe LLC is an e-commerce company, located in Pittsburgh, PA, focused on next-generation gifting business models.

We are well known for being the company that started the first coupon website in 1995 which sold to a public company in 2000, at the peak of the dot-com era, when we were delivering 20 million page views per month. We then built Direct Response Technologies; grew it to 70 employees; and sold it to Digital River in 2006. We spun off Jambo Media with our tech team and sold it to Undertone in 2012. We built and focused on GiftCards.com from 2006 to 2016 and sold it to Blackhawk Network. We had over 100 employees.

Since 2016, our focus has been Gift Card Granny, PerfectGift, GiftYa, and Give InKind and Reaf Marketing. We have roughly 170 employees and contractors. We are experiencing triple-digit growth year over year for 4 years, thankfully. Responsibility:

The Product Manager will be at the forefront of managing Perfect Gift's product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch. This role involves cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead the lifecycle of product development process including but not limited to product enhancement, project management, competitive analysis, and product improvement.
  • Create business specifications and functional requirements to guide the development team.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analytics and user feedback.
  • Oversee and report on all KPIs, such as conversion rates, customer retention, app engagement, support ticket trends, and website traffic.
  • Use data analytics and market insights to inform decisions and drive successful business outcomes.
  • Coordinate efforts between the website and mobile apps to ensure consistent functionality.
  • Collaborate with all relevant departments, including development, marketing, sales, data, finance, support, and fraud/compliance teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive product-related documentation in Confluence or similar platforms.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to address day-to-day challenges and opportunities.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate the product development process.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies like Kanban, Scrum, etc.
  • Deep understanding of product management tools such as Jira, Monday, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
