Customer Service Associate

Wölffer Estate Vineyard is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Experience Associate to provide support to our guests. The ideal candidate must possess outstanding customer service skills and truly enjoy working with people. Needs to have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a very busy environment.

MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO SAGAPONACK.

We prefer candidates who have at least one year of administrative, customer service or hospitality experience, but we are willing to train the right person.

Customer Experience Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to all incoming high-volume calls and emails and answer questions about products, experiences & reservations.
• Provide a consistent, positive customer experience as well as educate our customers about all our services and products, to improve related sales and customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, returns, and ensure they are fulfilled
• Handle customer complaints or concerns & general inquires
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as entering data into our systems, assist with wine club customer service during quarterly shipment processing/shipping week
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and reports for management as requested
• Assist Customer Experience Manager
• Willingness to learn all product lines and to continue learning as our business grows and evolve.

Customer Service Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of work experience in customer service, administration, and/or hospitality role
• Outstanding phone and email etiquette
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently, as well as participate as a team player and supporter to achieve common goals.
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel. Familiar with Toast, Tock & Wine Direct beneficial but not needed
• A true passion for providing and catering to guests needs
• Exceptional communication & written skills
• Ability to work weekends.

Work Schedule:

• Saturday 10 - 6:30
• Sunday 10 - 6:00 pm
• Flexible weekday with a preference for Thursday, Friday and Monday hours
