Responsibilities:

As the Director of Recruiting and Employee Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent across various roles within our fine dining establishments.
2. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs, identify key issues, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
3. Employee Development: Design and implement programs that foster professional growth, enhance skills, and promote employee satisfaction.
4. Onboarding and Training: Oversee onboarding processes and create training initiatives that align with our culinary and service standards.
5. Retention Strategies: Develop retention strategies to nurture a positive work environment and reduce turnover.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years supporting recruitment and employee development in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Passion: A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and culinary arts.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
