What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temp Account Executive position at Wolford America?
Wolford is looking for an Account Executive to join our Wholesale team. The ideal candidate will have great sales skills, take initiative to help us expand our business, and manage the relationship with our clients by creating a positive and strategic working relationship.
Responsibilities:
Manage, plan, and coordinate customer accounts (large retailer and specialty stores) to achieve sales budget and target goals.
Pull in pre-booked orders, enter new accounts, immediate orders, issue RA's, run ATS, bulk orders, update customer contact sheets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent service to all accounts while adhering to the company's guidelines with regards to brand image, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain existing business relationships/opportunities with the goal of achieving and exceeding sell out and reorder targets.
- Analyze sales results and develop strategies to improve sales and re-order opportunities.
- Partner with head of Wholesale to build budgets/targets
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Marketing and European team with various tasks and projects including invoice reconciliations, review chargebacks, etc.
- Assist with showroom set-up and market preparation.
- Systems used: NuOrder, Joor, MIS, AS400, Skypad, Lotus notes, Mobimedia
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts at the same time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
hourly pay rate: Starting at $35/hour
Work arrangement: hybrid model
