Wolfpack Summer Camp is a movement based childcare alternative Day Camp for Dothan kids. That means instead of boring babysitters and daycares, kids get to interact with YOU, making the most of their Summer!
Minimum Qualifications:
- 21 years of age
- 2 Years of Childcare Experience
- Be able to Pass a Background Check
- Strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility and adaptability a must.
- Previous supervisory and leadership experience preferred.
- Superb customer service standards.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate staff, campers, groups, and parents
- Ability to maintain positive, active professionalism
- Valid driver’s license.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee an overall high-quality, intentional camp experiences for campers and staff by supporting needs to the best of your ability
- Responsible for supervision of campers in the group, working directly with children
- Communicate client specific needs and changes as they arise to all staff.
- Oversee an intentional camper experience from check-in to check-out. Serve as the main point of contact for all behavior needs.
- Support camper discipline/mediation processes.
- Plan, train, and promote camper positive reinforcement practices.
- Provide as-needed support to program/activity areas and their instructors.
- Work with the Camp Registrar to accurately track and update the Camp Joy Summer
- Communicate to all staff client specific programming needs and changes as they arise.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all problem solving.
- Act as point of contact for parents and contractors.
- Follow and uphold Camp Joy policies/procedures. Act as a role model to other leaders and staff.
- Clean throughout the day as needed

Pay: $14.00-$18.00/Hour depending on experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Camp begins May 28th and ends August 2nd
- Mandatory, paid training will be May 23rd & 24th
- Weekends & Holidays off
