A Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the field sales staff for our warehouse product lines and ensuring superior information flow to all involved parties. This position must partner with sales staff and vendors to ensure thorough and accurate communications are provided on warehouse product transactions.
Position responsibilities:
- Assist field sales reps in applications for warehouse products, make sure specifications fit the customer’s needs.
- Perform as liaison between company, field sales rep, and manufacturer for warehouse products – assist with sourcing products needed and in problem resolution.
- Generate proposals for pending deals and process orders for warehouse products.
- Approve and process customer and vendor invoices.
- Process required End of Month reports and sales rep commissions
- Work closely with Industrial Engineer on special projects.
- Perform as backup to team members as needed.
- Take care of walk-in customers as needed and handle incoming phone calls.
- Maintain inventory records on warehouse products.
- Assist Credit Department with customer relations.
- Monitor inventory of warehouse product, order as needed, and report on inventory to CFO monthly.

- May be required to attend off-site functions occasionally (such as trade shows or customer outings)
- Cross train in other CSG / allied positions as needed.
- Perform projects as requested.
Requires the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, think and plan ahead, excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, ability to familiarize yourself with material handling equipment and the industry, and commitment to the company vision and mission.
