Recruiter/Social Media Specialist
Summary
The individual will be a key part of the Human Resources team, executing recruiting efforts, social media, digital media activities and programs across the company. This is a multifaceted role responsible for utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and networks to grow a diverse pipeline of candidates, while identifying areas of opportunity to improve the recruiting process and meet aggressive hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong internal and external network with key stakeholders.
- Develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract a qualified and diverse pool of candidates.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and throughout the recruitment life cycle.
- Leverage labor market knowledge to draft an adequate sourcing strategy and find talent.
- Manage expectations on talent availability and advise on expectations to deliver high-quality talent.
- Anticipate changing needs of the business to adjust planning accordingly.
- Conduct phone interviews and recommend candidates to be shortlisted for interviews.
- Partner with the Human Resources throughout the recruitment to ensure a good candidate experience through onboarding.
- Drive brand recognition to increase candidate pipelines.
- Help create engaging social media activities via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Focus on engaging content that creates a compelling message.
- Use data and metrics from social content performance to provide important insights into social media campaign ideas.
- Oversee governance of talent acquisition social media platforms.
Qualifications and Experience
1 years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing.
Experience with SEO platforms and blog platforms for optimization efforts.
Experience integrating and aligning social media activities with Talent Acquisition priorities.
Outstanding writing and editing skills with close attention to detail, ability to create Talent Acquisition messaging for maximum social impact.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, quick-turn work environment while demonstrating good judgment and professionalism under pressure.
Bachelor's degree preferred or the equivalent experience and/or degree.
