What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin and Sales Assistant position at Wonder Cake Creations?
- Supporting clients in finding the perfect cake for their celebration.
- Monitoring the quality of goods and services.
- Supporting on the purchasing of supplies and purchasing new ones when needed.
- Conducting some administrative duties (e.g., answering calls, emails, text messages, post on social media).
- Writing sales reports.
- Organizing production with the bakery artist.
- Interpersonal skills, as bakery managers will need to communicate with their staff and as well as clients and build trusting relationships.
- Customer service skills, as bakery team member need to ensure that all customers are served to the highest standard and that the bakery maintains an excellent reputation.
- Organization skills, supporting the bakery artist to ensure that all tasks are completed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
