About the role
Experienced Recruiter who will be the primary Recruiter for our Fleet Production Team. Directly source candidates across a variety of Engineering and Business roles, including: Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing . Partner with Business Leaders to develop recruiting strategy.
- Implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to pipeline candidates across skillsets within Fleet Production.
- Provide a great experience for every potential candidate through effective communication, timely responses and consistent follow through.
- Collaborate with teams on people operations, interview assistance, sourcing and referrals and onboarding processes.
- Partner with people team, internal hiring managers and candidates on logistics, including interview scheduling and helping candidates with any issues.
The experience you have
- At least 3 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting role.
- Experience sourcing for a variety of different roles; past recruiting experience in Engineering or Manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once with organization and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
