Role and purpose within the organization:
A Wondercide Mixologist precisely crafts batches of our natural products using formulas and measurements.
The ideal candidate for this role assumes responsibility for and stays organized to efficiently carry out the day-to-day batch manufacturing process of Wondercide’s core product group.
Key to this role is maintaining the integrity of materials and batch information, thereby supporting established quality standards. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment!
Who You Are:
- You are a motivated self-starter with excellent math skills and an understanding of standard weights and measures
- Someone who works successfully both independently and in a team setting
- A professional with excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- A professional with strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Someone who is safety minded with a working knowledge of equipment including material handling and various pumps
- You possess a commitment to your shift schedule, including arriving on time, informing your manager when any obligations change, and arranging your transportation to our warehouse location
- You have experience recording and entering data into spreadsheets; any additional computer skills are a plus
- You are able and willing to lift 50 lbs and work in a standing position for extended periods / the majority of the day
- You are interested in serving as a utility player across other functions, including production and fulfillment
- Having experience in research or formulary chemistry with personal care products and natural ingredients is a plus
- Having 2 years of experience in a production and warehouse environment preferred
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and mix raw materials for all batches to meet production needs. Precisely record batch and process details, during each manufacturing cycle
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and equipment
- Inspect for quality and regularly report to management
- Verify, document, and file all COA, SDS, and other paperwork per Wondercide’s policies
- Be a “utility player” for any operations tasks beyond mixing (i.e. production, fulfillment, receiving), completing additional tasks or special projects as needed

Logistics:
- This full-time role is expected to work out of our facility at 3106 Longhorn Blvd, Austin, TX 5 days a week
- Regular shift hours will be assigned, usually 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
- Some overtime may be required
