Are you an experienced early childhood educator? Wonderspring is looking for an exceptional Lead Young Toddler Teacher at our STAR 4 early childhood education center. You’ll be responsible for planning and implementing lessons based on the Creative Curriculum and the PA Early Learning Standards; executing best practices in education and health and safety; conducting assessments; and collaborating with parents and teachers to promote optimal development of each child.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement lesson plans based on the Creative Curriculum and the PA Early Learning Standards
- Execute best practices in creating positive environments and latest health and safety practices
- Conduct assessments to identify and facilitate developmental milestones
- Collaborate with parents and teachers to promote optimal development of each child
Qualifications
- BA or BS in Early Childhood Education (ECE), preferred; AA in ECE, required
- Minimum of 1-2 years related experience working with toddler age children, preferred
- Child centered teaching approach
- Knowledge of ECE curriculum and developmental understanding of toddlers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills reflecting strong customer service and the ability to interact effectively with parents/guardians
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and be a team player
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

- Clearances: Background Check, FBI, Child Abuse, National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR)
- Health Assessment with TB Test
- Two written non-family references
