- Develop the Product Roadmap as well as the delivery of that roadmap by the Product Team
- Understand the company’s strategic and competitive position to drive innovation that will deliver on the product strategy and company goals
- Develop processes to ensure the Product organization is effective and efficient including business requirements definition, sprint planning, testing, launch planning, and ultimately, product refinement
- Collaborate with and manage coordination with Technology, User Experience, ACE Team, Clinical Team, Marketing, etc. to effectively deliver product implementations
- Lead, coach and mentor the Product Management team including career development, conflict resolution, communication training, etc.
- Track development process and provides status updates to Leadership
- Develop and maintain great working relationships with other teams including Technology, Operations, Marketing, ACE Team, etc.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills including the desire to teach and grow Product Management talent
- Must be exceptionally curious about participant behavior, needs and thoughts
- Must be able to synthesize input from multiple sources (analytics data, customer insights, technical feasibility, legal consequences, etc.) in decision-making
- Must demonstrate the ability to collaborate with project managers, designers, technologists, and executives.
- Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills when determining how to best solve market challenges
- Must possess excellent communication skills to communicate priorities, dependencies, and get buy-in.
- Possesses the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Needs to be detailed-oriented while also being comfortable with ambiguity and making sense from that ambiguity
- Must be hands-on but also possess a strategic mindset and capability to delegate and manage resources.
