Position Title: Solutions Architect

Since its establishment in 1990, Wondrium has sold more than 25 million courses and prominent and loyal customers of Wondrium include Bill Gates, Charles Schwab, and George Lucas, to name a few.

Reports to: Director, Architecture
Direct Reports: None
Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Technology teams to recommend and design technical solutions for the e-commerce site and subscription platforms

• Participate in requirements gathering and translation of business requirements into technical requirements.
• Drive innovative approaches to solving business and technical problems

• Produce proof of concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of technical solutions and basic model for developers
• Identify opportunities to strengthen technologies/processes used in the organization to improve customer experience, support growth, and align to industry/technical best practices
• Work with key vendors to provide integration and system support for Teaching Company Systems

Ideal Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Solution Architect position will have:

• 5 years experience in developing technology solutions to address business challenges and opportunities for an eCommerce site
• Demonstrable experience with several of the following technologies:
• Magento
• Payment Gateways
• Streaming Video Services
• Adobe Marketing Cloud
• Subscription Management Platforms
• Marketing tags/pixels
• ERP
• MySQL

• Desire to learn new technologies and bring innovative solutions to the organization
• Ability to work in both an individual and team-based environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
