Our client is seeking a Planner / Scheduler to join the team in Greeley, CO.
Location : Greely, CO
Schedule : 9 / 80 hybrid
Duration : 12 months with potential to extend
Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare summary and detail level schedules.
Develop full Critical Path Method (CPM) logic-generated baseline schedules for projects.
Perform monthly progress updates and create target comparison and periodic look-ahead schedules. Monitor and track progress at detailed and summary level.
Always ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.
Develop and periodically update cost and / or resource loaded schedules.
Participate in all project schedule reviews as required at Operations Review Meetings (ORMs) or other sessions.
Participate in the development and preparation of proposal presentations, including developing preliminary bar chart schedules and staffing charts.
Provide support and training in the use of project and scheduling software to office and jobsite staff.
Conduct schedule and Work-In-Progress (WIP) reviews.
Work together with multiple teams to coordinate both schedules and models.
Interpret data, compile reports, and deliver presentations when required
Bachelor's degree in engineering; Mechanical, Industrial or other related engineering field
Minimum of five years' experience in Cost Engineering, Cost Estimating, planning, scheduling, estimating and other areas of project controls in a oil and gas environment.
Advanced experience with scheduling software applications such as Primavera on projects; large project experience is desirable.
Proven written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in engineering : Mechanical, Industrial or other related engineering fields
Advanced experience with scheduling software applications such as Primavera on projects, large project experience desirable

Positive leadership style and ability to create a high morale oil & gas environment
