Project Coordinator
Wood Rodgers, a progressive multi-disciplinary civil engineering and consulting firm, is looking for a part-time (roughly 24-30 hours per week) Project Coordinator to help with our Survey division in Reno, NV. We seek an organized and resourceful individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Top candidates will effectively manage time, attention, and resources to tackle tasks sequentially and with focus on quality.

What you will be doing
- Maintain and track map processing status from submittal to recordation.
- Pick up and deliver project-related documents to various jurisdictions.
- Keep filing system up to date and organized.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Assist supervisor with all administrative requests, as needed.
The Ante
- 3 years’ experience; primarily in project coordination and/or administration.
- A valid NV Driver’s license is required for this position.
- Professional, organized, friendly; able to work alone and with others including public agencies.
- Able to take directions in a professional manner from all levels of management.
- A valid Nevada Notary license or the ability to obtain one.
Things we’d like to see
- Knowledge of land development and public agencies.
- Experience working in land surveying and civil engineering firm (or similar) is highly desired.
