What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Woodard Hearing Centers?
We are seeking a very friendly and outgoing individual to perform various front office duties while providing outstanding customer service. This person must make patient care and teamwork a priority and be able to multi-task and work both independently and within a team. The individual will be trained all aspects of the front office such as scheduling, patient records maintenance, inventory control, patient communication, and record keeping.
Answering the phone and scheduling patient appointments in an electronic scheduling system.
Check patients in and out.
Maintain correspondence with patients and providers via fax, e-mail, phone, etc.
Provide patient services including hearing aid check, minor cleaning/repair,troubleshooting and coordination of services.
Cross overage of other duties as needed. We will teach you how to do this.
Provide assistance to patients in a manner that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
The candidate needs to be able to manage repetitive/scheduled tasks yet also be flexible with adding in a variety of non-scheduled tasks as needed.
Maintainthe spirit of the company brand and provide a customer-friendly environment atevery possible point when there is contact with internal and external customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
Detail oriented, takes initiative, dependable, and takes pride in work.
