1st and 2nd Shift Quality Team Member's (1 each shift)
1st shift: 7 am to 3 pm; 2nd shift: 3pm to 11 pm
5 day work week, Monday through Friday.

Summary
Tests and inspects polyurethane foam pads and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Performs load testing and physical property testing on foam pads.
Reviews all returned components for reject reason.
Adheres to quality repair standards and gives direction to production employees regarding these standards.
Pulls pads from line to test for ILD's.
Reviews outgoing racks for quality of finished product and conformance to packing standards.
Pulls "out of spec" pads for placement in QA hold area.
Sets test schedules according to estimated production.
Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
Requires regular attendance and punctuality, and occasionally working beyond eight (8) hours per day and five (5) days per week.
