Woodbury Nissan is looking to add an EXPERIENCED Service Advisor to our family! We are looking for a friendly and professional employee, with excellent communication skills and the ability to organize and multi-task to maximize daily efficiency. Employee will be responsible for focusing on customer needs and satisfaction, while maintaining maximum shop production and high quality standards.
- Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Generating service order quotes and scheduling appointments for customers
- Exceed customer expectations each and every time, by delivering fast, honest, and thorough customer service
- Build rapport with customers through a consultative service and sales approach
- Service Advisor Experience Required
- Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
- Must have great customer service skills, phone and computer
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
