Spa Director

We are looking for an experienced Spa Director to join the team at the Spa at Woodcliff Hotel & Spa. The spa is in the midst of a $2,500,000 renovation and will be the focal point of the resort's transformation into a wellness destination.

The Spa Director will be responsible for driving the success of the spa and ensuring the highest levels of customer service, cleanliness, and safety. You must be a leader with excellent organizational, communication, and people skills to lead the spa team and ensure the department meets its goals and objectives.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Spa and its employees, including scheduling, training, budgeting, and purchasing.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies and packages to increase Spa revenue.
• Monitor and evaluate Spa services, treatments, and programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality standards.
• Develop and recommend policies and procedures to enhance the Spa’s services and ensure compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines.
• Ensure the Spa, employees, and guests follow established sanitation and safety regulations and procedures.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in spa operations management.
• A valid US Work Authorization.
• Proven track record of increasing profitability and efficiency of spa operations.
• Knowledge of spa services, beauty products, and trends.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized booking systems.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff members.
