We are looking for a Loading Supervisor

- $24 / hr plus $1.00 shift differential, quarterly bonuses depending on profitability

What our Loading Supervisor does :
- Works 4pm until finish M-F with Saturday work as needed.
- Partnering with Operations Manager to ensure all deadlines and priority cut-off times are met. Supervise up to 5 employees.
- Operates a forklift and reach truck in a safe and efficient manner according to company guidelines.
- Teach and train current and new warehouse personnel.
- Opening and closing of trailer curtains; throwing load straps to secure loads over units on trailer.
- Cleans trailer prior to loading, removing any debris, returned material, or orders to be reshipped, and place the material in designated area.
- Assists with physical inventories as required
What you need to have :
- 3-5 years of related experience in warehouse and personnel management or High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of related experience.
- Ability to work safely and instruct others about safe work practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Maintain positive working relationships with team members and management.
- Problem solving skills and high-level attention to detail.
- Must be able to operate a forklift and reach truck to move, load, unload, stack, and count material.
- Previous SAP experience is required.
