About the Role
The Vice President, Enterprise Operations offers a rare chance to oversee and influence the operations of Woodruff Sawyer. As the Vice President, your main responsibilities will include improving operational efficiency, implementing strategic plans, and working closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution.
What You'll Do
Own the commercial insurance renewal lifecycle across all lines of business, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Drive the vision and strategy for the future of our Operations Center Department, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and direction to the Business Services & Facilities Management teams in San Francisco, while ensuring that our high standards are upheld in all other office locations.
Evaluate and strengthen our offshore insurance relationships to optimize impact, quality, and cost.
Assess and manage our real estate office portfolio, overseeing the renewal process.
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Operations Departments (IT, Legal, Risk, Security) to create an inclusive and productive environment, leading the team with integrity.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes to gain insights into key initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.
Build strong connections with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make well-informed decisions about operational activity and strategic goals.
Plan, track, and analyze essential measurements to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Experience & Qualifications
10 years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally with a combination of carrier and broker experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. While a Master's degree is preferred, applicants with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Outstanding knowledge of operational functions and principles, including budgeting/FP&A, IT & cyber security, data analytics & business intelligence, and governance & policy formation/administration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn, contextualize, and digest information.
Curiosity, determination, and grit to drive success in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by a track record of professional success.
Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Solid understanding of insurance industry regulations and legal guidelines.
More About Us
Compensation: Anticipated salary between $171,281 - $264,375. Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate.
This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation based on individual and Company performance.
