Responsibilities:
- Perform various landscape install - Some knowledge of planting required
- Overseeing and managing crew tasks and following instructions.
- Assisting with Installation of Irrigation systems
- Assist with features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner - Manage, Delegate & Follow up on crews task

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
- Knowledge of plant care, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning techniques
- Ability to operate landscape equipment such as track skid steer, Weed eaters, Blowers, etc. - Must have valid Drivers License- and ability to drive a manual truck. And Ability to back up and pull a trailer.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions- We are a Year round Landscaping and Design Company - We work 12 months of the year!
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
