Position Overview
The Drafter is responsible for working with the Senior Drafter to ensure that all construction documents are developed and created accurately and that accurate plans are submitted to the city.
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a background or field of study in construction or a related industry. An understanding of residential construction techniques and scheduling is required in this role. The candidate should have the ability to balance multiple tasks at one time and hit deadlines without compromising results or productivity. The candidate will need to have familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.
Essential Job Functions
The Drafter will be responsible for completing the following scopes, along with other
associated tasks as assigned:
- Draw production plans for each lot in AutoCAD to align with Sales Addendum and option selections
- Draw plot plans for each lot
- Process plan changes from Product/Process Change committee
- Assist with getting plans passed through Municipal Architecture Requirements
- Assist with architectural/structural/mechanical plan development through Woodside’s consultants

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
