Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various channels. This individual will work closely with the dealership's leadership team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the efficient execution of offline (retail environment, advertising, event), online (website, digital, social), and communications (internal and external, including public relations) that create excitement and drive the business performance. They will manage budgets, track and analyze campaign performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. This leader will also manage, develop, and train their team of direct reports.

This leadership role requires strong communication, project management, and team-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of marketing principles and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience with marketing software, such as Campaign Monitor, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Meta, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, employees, and key stakeholders.
• Financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial data.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving sales targets and business growth.

Knowledge of the motorcycle industry, powersports industry, or franchise experience is highly desirable.
