What you will be doing
- Responsible for facilities soft service functions such as but not limited to Security, Grounds, and Custodial
- Providing leadership to direct reports, including suppliers managing day-to-day operational aspects
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates relevant projects
- Prepares and manages budgets
What We Are Looking For
- Strong skills in facility planning, contractual interfacing and management, and start-ups
- Strong people related skills, time management, multi-tasking and project management skills
- Strong leadership and organization skills; including coaching and mentoring
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and applicable facilities systems)
- High School diploma
- Experience of related work in facilities/operations in an industrial manufacturing environment or 3-5 years industrial facilities/operations experience and a Bachelor’s degree
