Seeking an administrative assistant for a local CPA firm. Although job is primarily administrative, there is opportunity to learn bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and other light accounting skills.
Ideal candidate would posses the following skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat proficiency
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping a plus
Duties include:
- Answering and routing phone calls and greeting clients coming into the office
- Process and collate tax returns & financial statements
- Proofreading financial statements and other communications
- Filing, scanning, data entry and light bookkeeping
- Preparing invoices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
