As we grow, we are seeking an Architectural / Engineering Project Manager for our Public/Private Market project management teams.

Job Summary: Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team. Oversee the quality of deliverables prepared by team members, including, but not limited to, fee plans, work plans, risk mitigation plans, and contracts. Resolve issues impacting project objectives. Lead or support team in scope and budget/pricing development for proposals and dynamic project planning. Support client relationships and business development in support of strategic business plan. Act as key point of internal contact for communication. Identify plan vs. actual performance variances.
Experience with one or more Public and/or Private Market studios/sub-markets is preferred;
State/Local, Parks and Rec, K-12, Higher Education, and Transportation Facilities
Retail, Hospitality, Mixed Use/Multi-Family, Mission Critical, Industrial, and Corporate
Requirements:
- Active Professional Registration - Licensed Architect or Engineer
- 5 years of related work experience as a Project Architect, Project Engineer, or Project Manager
- PMP Certification or desire to obtain preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of project management and ability to facilitate technical discussions when needed
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to negotiate, influence and manage risk
- Be able to effectively communicate in both internal and external relationships for all essential job functions
- Be able to make sound decisions/recommendations based on the evaluation and synthesis of project information and data
- Must be able to travel up to 10% for local, regional, and national clients and projects
