Because of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Human Resource Intern in the Dayton, OH or Denver, CO area.

Join us for an internship experience that offers real-world project involvement within a supportive environment alongside ample opportunities for professional and personal growth. Currently, we are seeking a Human Resources Intern in our Dayton, OH or Denver, CO office for the Summer semester (May/June-August). This internship will be a part-time position working 15-25 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the integrated Human Resources team with tight connection to the Mergers & Acquisition team• Work collaboratively with HR Leadership to collect data on job descriptions, employment and benefits practices in several different countries around the world• Develop and consolidate data into a global template and compare to benchmark reports on common practices per country

Apply if you think this can be a good fit. · Must be enrolled as a master’s student at an accredited college or university· Eagerness to learn at a fast pace and take initiative· Prior experience with Microsoft products, good working knowledge of Excel is required· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Ability to function well in a collaborative, virtual team-oriented environment· Self-motivated and good time management skills· Option to work remote or hybrid on-site in Dayton, OH or Denver, CO.
