CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and direct visitors to centerAnswer and screen phone calls, referring to appropriate staff member or taking message for staff memberPrepare monthly program activity reports and narratives for internal and external usePrepare purchase orders in compliance with agency procurement procedures for ordering, purchasing of suppliesSchedule and implement fire and evacuation drills Support senior staff in scheduling annual inspections, licensing requirements, etc.Responsible for employee onboarding and filesCommunicate with PC and Board on scheduling of meetings. Attend meetings Type letters, memos, reports, proposals, parent notices, newsletters, and similar items for management and line staffPersonnel file maintenanceOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Photocopy, collate, file, email, fax materials as requested Maintain orderly and accessible filesSupervision of children is everyones responsibilityPerform other, related duties as assigned.
