Infant Teacher

The responsibilities for a child care worker are;

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care
• Sit family style and organize mealtimes and snacks for children
• Prepare bottles and keep track of feeding schedules for infants
• Help children keep good hygiene
• Change the diapers of infants and toddlers
• Organize activities or implement a curriculum that allow children to learn about the world and explore interests
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring the problems to the attention of parents
• Keep records of children’s progress, routines, and interest

I need to hire a teacher for my infant room as well as the toddler room. I am seeking individuals with experience in these age groups in a licensed child care center.

Child care is a very fast past working environment that requires a lot of patience. I'm looking for a hard working, reliable employee ready to put a lot of effort into their job.

The skills required are; multitasking, communication with children, parents and staff, complex problem solving, time management, active learning, active listening and redirecting, team building and physical movement abilities such as; stooping/bending, and lifting and carrying children.

Your also responsible for different cleaning duties in the classrooms and around the building, which will be discussed during the interview process. I need someone who is very responsible and whom can work at a fast past with good social emotion ski
