- Ability to work diligently, without supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrates a professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential client/customer
Job responsibilities include:
- Answering and coordinating incoming requests made via telephone or online, acting as a first point of contact for customers
- Log customer details and comments in our Customer Relationship Management System
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication
- Schedule appointments and follow up with any "no show" customers
- Sustain contact with customers where appropriate to ensure they are happy with our service
- Assist with website updates through appropriate vendors, as needed
- Assist with various other tasks at the dealership
- Maintain current in-house and manufacturer training program certifications
- Other duties, as assigned
