Job Details:
- Use your administrative, analytical, and data entry skills to provide direct support for the Finance and Sales Departments
- Must possess the ability to work independaently and be team-oriented with the willingness to help others
- Must have the ability to multi-task and adapt to new and changing circumstances
- Managing accounts receivables and collections for all customers
- Assisting in closing accounting records each month
- Post payments to customer accounts
- Handle daily deposits
- Call past due customers for payments
- Resolve customer nonpayment issues
- Minimum 2 year experience in similar capacity
- Utilize Peachtree/Sage or comparable system and accurately input customer payments
- Type 40-50 words per minute
- Associates Degree or equivalent in education and experience
- At least 2 consecutive years of college courses preferred
