Position Description
An Staffing Coordinator recruits and trains our temporary labor employees, coordinates between clients needs and the employee schedules, maintains daily employee interactions with clients, handles any complaints or questions and reports to the General Manager or President. This position is fast-paced most of the year and requires focus & attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Staffing Coordinator:
- Recruits and trains @WORK employees.
- Dispatches temporary labor employee schedule.
- Acts as liaison between clients and @WORK for project scheduling.
- Answers clients & employees questions or direct to appropriate office personnel.
- Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints within their ability & knowledge.
- Reports problems and unresolved issues to General Manager.
- Keeps notes of client and employee activity or complaints.
- Schedules trainings for new employees & current employees to re-certify.
- Minimal travel, if needed, to conduct specific trainings.
- Maintains emergency cellphone after hours for clients & employees.
- Promotes company services.

Education and Experience
Staffing Coordinator hold at minimum a high school diploma or GED.
Experience with working in a high stress environment is helpful.
Clerical/Office experience is strongly suggested, although we may train the right candidate.
Work Environment
A Staffing Coordinator is mostly an office based position working with the general public. The Staffing Coordinator will also travel to conduct trainings occasionally.
Work weeks are generally 40 hours, though some overtime or nontraditional hours are required due to an “after-hours” phone where clients & employees can reach the Staffing Coordinator for emergencies. Busy season is usually May to October at which time you will most likely encounter overtime.
Salary
This is an hourly position. Pay rate is $18/hour starting.

Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 3:30PM plus after-hours phone monitoring.
