We continue to grow and are looking for a full time Athletic Trainer in Normal, IL!
Choice between two shifts:
- Tuesday - Friday 12pm - 1030pm
- OR
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 12pm-10:30pm

Work Right NW provides a variety of services to our clients, including:
- On the job care for a “team” of hard-working Industrial athletes
- Use of wearable technology and computer vision to evaluate injury risks
- Preventative/ Early symptom intervention appointments for work-related and non-work-related aches and pains
- General rehabilitation of non-work-related injuries
- Partnering with Safety Professionals and/or Ergonomists to create innovative and forward-thinking programs, initiatives and changes to increase total health of the workers
- Utilization of Data analytics to evaluate injuries and brainstorm and implement changes
Work Right NW is searching for candidates who:
· Are passionate about preventative care, wellness, and education in the industrial setting
· Demonstrate the ability to learn the specifications and culture of our clients and develop a strong rapport to better provide customized services
· Is a self-motivated individual that can perform at a high level without direct supervision
· Is a skilled, evidence-based clinician in evaluation, first aid, and treatment of orthopedic or sports medicine related injuries.
· Is an open, approachable, and extroverted personality that is able to adapt and connect in a variety of settings.
Work Right NW is based out of Washington State, is family owned and operated, and always looking for excited and passionate individuals to join our growing team! We currently have clinicians in almost half of US states, and plan to keep pushing until we change the face of preventative health care nationwide.
