Success in this role will independently install generators and related equipment in both residential and commercial settings, including gas lines, with precision and without supervision. You will successfully extend to assembling and installing heating and air-conditioning units, as well as designing and installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.

Responsibilities for the Lead Commercial HVAC Install Technician:
Independently install generators, HVAC units, and related equipment in residential and commercial settings.
Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping with meticulous attention to detail.
Undertake and complete special projects and additional duties as assigned for residential and commercial installations.
Ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in every installation, meeting both residential and commercial requirements.
Work efficiently and maintain high levels of productivity without compromising quality in commercial projects.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors in commercial contexts.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency of HVAC installations, considering commercial needs.
Educate customers on the installed equipment and its proper use in residential and commercial applications.
Requirements for the Lead Commercial HVAC Install Technician:
5 years of Commercial HVAC installation experience preferred.
Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow is preferred.
EPA Universal Certification Preferred.
A clean and safe driving record.
Exceptional customer communication skills.
A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.
An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges.
Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.?
